We’ve introduced Zero Retention Mode — a new processing option that lets cloudsquid extract and route data without keeping any trace of customer files or outputs.

It’s now available across the API and workflow engine.

What It Does

When Zero Retention Mode is enabled, your files are processed entirely in memory.
No document data, extracted fields, or intermediate states are written to disk. Once the workflow completes, the data is gone — immediately and irreversibly.

You still get the full accuracy and traceability of cloudsquid’s AI pipeline, including field-level verification back to each source document. The only difference is that nothing is stored afterward.

Where It Helps

Zero Retention Mode fits teams that operate under strict data policies or handle sensitive content — financial operations, KYC, payroll, or vendor reconciliation workflows.
It enables automation in contexts where storage, even temporary, is not acceptable.

How to enable It in the cloudsquid Platform

In a deployed workflow set the zero retention toggle. It's that simple.

For enabling zero retention mode in the API check our documentation.

Security, Without the Footnotes

The feature builds on cloudsquid’s secure-by-design foundation:

  • ISO 27001:2022–certified infrastructure
  • EU-hosted processing
  • AI models deployed on our own infrastructure

Now with the option to leave no footprint at all.

Available Today

Zero Retention Mode is available to cloudsquid Enterprise customers.
Use it in your API calls or directly in the web interface.
