Cloudsquid is the AI automation platform for the most critical and sensitive tasks.

We’ve now achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification, the international standard for information-security management systems (ISMS).

This certification validates what our customers in finance, energy, and enterprise operations already expect from us: that data handled by Cloudsquid is protected, monitored, and governed according to the most rigorous global standards.

What ISO 27001 Means in Practice

ISO 27001 isn’t just about checklists — it’s about operational maturity.
To earn it, we implemented and audited controls across:

  • Access management — strict identity, encryption, and privilege boundaries.
  • Data lifecycle governance — from intake to deletion, including event-level traceability.
  • Infrastructure security — continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and vendor risk assessment.
  • Business continuity — formalized recovery and incident-response procedures.

In short: every workflow that touches customer data now runs inside a system verified to meet enterprise-grade expectations for confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Why It Matters

Most cloudsquid customers work with highly sensitive information — invoices, paystubs, contracts, compliance evidence. Security and privacy aren’t optional in those pipelines.
The ISO 27001:2022 certification confirms that our controls aren’t just designed well — they’ve been independently tested and validated.

Combined with features like Zero Retention Mode, EU-only hosting, and end-to-end encryption, it means our platform can be deployed in even the most regulated environments without additional exceptions or carve-outs.

What’s Next

Certification isn’t a milestone we check off and forget. It’s the baseline for how we operate.
We’ll continue to expand our compliance program — including SOC 2 Type II and GDPR-DPA mapping — to make Cloudsquid automation a default-approved choice for enterprise data teams.

For customers, nothing changes  except the paperwork just got easier.
